CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Policies • Please arrive without makeup to ensure the best application results. • Be prepared to lie on your back for an extended period. • To qualify for a fill, you must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment. • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice—a 25% fee will be charged for late cancellations. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price and will no longer be allowed to book after one occurrence. • Do not come if you are sick! • The minimum age for services is 18 years old. Clients 16 and under may receive services with a parent/guardian present and a signed waiver. • Clean lashes are required for your appointment—extensions will not adhere to dirty lashes. • A signed consent form is required before any service can take place.
